Aerofoil-profile rig for sailboards, sailing boats and hang gliders, consisting of a two-sided sail (1), the halves of which are connected to one another at the luff, a profiled body (4) which is enclosed by the sail (1), and battens (2) which fit in batten pockets (3) of the sail (1) and in pockets (13) of the profiled body. One sail half forms the windward, bottom or pressure side, and the other sail half forms the lee, top or suction side. The profiled body (4) can be rotated and thus the curvature of the profile can be set via compression members (5). <IMAGE>
