发明名称 ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE SLIDING MATERIAL COMPOSITION
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a sliding material compsn. having a low coefficient of friction and excellent wear resistance and electrical conductivity, by adding a mixture of Ni powder or a Ni-coated material and a carbon fiber to a synthetic olefin resin. CONSTITUTION:A 30-140pts.vol. mixture of Ni power or a nickel-coated material and a carbon fiber in a ratio of 15:80-80:20 by volume is added to 100pts. vol. synthetic resin obtd. by the homopolymerization or the copolymerization of olefins. It is desirable that Ni powder exhibits good continuity by the contact of particles with one another, even when a small quantity thereof is added. Hence, scaly powder or chain powder composed of amorphous particles having a small sectional area is particularly preferred. The nickel-coated material is obtd. by electrically or chemically plating the surface of a lubricating powder or fiber such as mica, graphite, molybdenum sulfide or arom. polyamide to impart electrical conductivity thereto.
