PURPOSE:To fit many instruments where fitting space is limited by providing the axial hole of a cylindrical body member which has a lock part at its outer periphery, a nut type member which has an air vent bored, and a hollow joint member. CONSTITUTION:The screw part of an instrument equipped with a straight fitting screw is engaged threadably with the upper female screw 4 of the axial hole 2 of the nut type member 1 and a male screw 8 provided to the outer periphery of the hollow joint member 6 is engaged threadably with the lower female screw 4 of the nut type member 1. Then, the nut type member 1 is rotated counterclockwise when viewed from above by using a wrench or spanner and torque applied to the instrument is received, thereby fixing the instrument and joint member 6. In such a case, a rotary clamping member is only the member 1 and the instrument, etc., are only supported not to rotate, so the instrument, etc., are set easily and securely even at a narrow space position.
