The invention relates to street furnishing and enables the nappy of a young child to be changed and this child to be washed in places such as a highway, park, garden, meeting point, etc. The cabin comprises an automatic complete nappy dispenser 1, a hygienic mini-sheet dispenser 2, a working surface 3, a dustbin 4, a water unit 5, a resting seat 6 and an anti-theft device 8 for a push chair. Access to the cabin may require payment of a fee, the use of a coin-operated device enabling the door to be unlocked.
