PURPOSE:To obtain a stable oscillating circuit which is excellent in its reducing voltage characteristic, and small in its DC variation by providing a specified oscillating part, and a circuit part of a differential from, which is connected in parallel to the oscillating part and inverted by the same period, and supplying a reference voltage for determining an oscillation frequency to the oscillating part from this circuit part. CONSTITUTION:An astable multivibrator is constituted by coupling emitter terminals of transistors 1, 2 through a capacitor 6, and an oscillating part is constituted by connecting emitters of the transistors 1, 2 to collectors of the third and the fourth transistors 3, 4, respectively, coupling emitters of the transistors 3, 4, and also connecting them to a collector of a transistor 5 whose corrector current I1 is varied in accordance with an input level. Also, a circuit part of a differential form, which is inverted by the same period in parallel to the oscillating part is provided by connecting bases of the transistors 3, 4 to bases of transistors 8, 8, respectively, and from this circuit part, a reference voltage for determining an oscillation frequency is supplied to the oscillating part.
