PURPOSE:The title composition excellent in impact resistance and processability, prepared by adding a specified fatty acid ester to a polymer latex containing a butadiene polymer. CONSTITUTION:An impact-modifiable polymer composition is obtained by adding 0.1-5.0pts.wt. at least one fatty acid ester selected from among (di) pentaerythritol fatty acid esters and sorbitan fatty acid esters (e.g., pentaerythritol distearate) to 100pts.wt. (in terms of resin solids) polymer latex containing polybutadiene or butadiene copolymer, salting out the mixture, filtering, drying and grinding the product. 1-30wt% of this polymer composition is added to a vinyl chloride resin.
