PURPOSE:To form a gigging part on the surface through molding, by providing microscopic holes on a mold surface of a slush mold through engraving. CONSTITUTION:A mold 1 is put into a heating device 2 and heated at the temperature of more than the fusion point of PVC. Then the mold 1 is mounted on a stand 3, a vibrator 5 is driven and powdered vinyl chloride is spread evenly over a mold surface 10. The powdered vinyl chloride solates by melting instantly, soaks into a microscopic hole 10a, and air remaining in an interior part of the microscopic hole 10a is replaced with solated PVC. When the mold 1 is immersed within a cooling tank 4, the PVC is shrinked by adhering to the mold surface 10 and as the PVC itself is a soft elastic material, getting-out operation of the mold through a mold opening after the mold 1 has been taken out of the cooling tank 4 becomes extremely easy.
