<p>PURPOSE:To perform efficient treatment of waste water, by vertically providing a treatment part formed of a perforated material at a position traversing the flow direction of waste water and amounting an aeration tank to a waste water storage part. CONSTITUTION:Waste water introduced into the storage parts 3 in an aeration tank A is brought to a flow state accompanying horizontal, vertical and turbulent flows by the barrier plates 4 of the storage parts 3 and diffused by air diffusers 5 to increase dissolved oxygen and activated sludge, which is fixed in ceramic particulates 2 allowed to pack a treatment parts 1 in the direction opposed to the storage parts 3, is allowed to perform purification action. Treated water stored in a storage tank B is received in a treatment tank C through a feed pipe 9 and air supplied from a blower under pressure is diffused by the air diffusion pipe 12a in the tank C through a blow pipe 11a to increase dissolved oxygen and contacted with activated sludge fixed to the ceramic particulates 2.</p> |
