Ignition lock system for motor vehicles, in which the ignition can only be switched on, in two stages, by the driver, whose reactions are tested automatically during this process, as a function of an electronic reaction time limiting device if, during the procedure, the said driver does not substantially exceed his individual normal reaction time previously entered into the system or, if he slightly exceeds the said time, an audible warning is given via a cassette tape device with loudspeaker.
