PURPOSE:To prevent the destruction of a horizontal output circuit by checking the transfer of an erroneous control information relating to horizontal synchronization reproduction from a microcomputer due to noise, disturbance and the like. CONSTITUTION:A detecting section 128 compares a horizontal phase information 125, a horizontal pulse duration information 127, and a control information previously stored in the detecting section 128. IN case of a value of a previously determined range or when a data is erroneously detected owing to the mixture of disturbances, it is judged that an erroneous information is transferred from a microcomputer 120 and a control information 129 is outputted. When the microcomputer 120 receives the control information from the detecting section 128, a control information 121, namely the horizontal phase information and the horizontal pulse duration information are newly transferred.
