PURPOSE:To prevent generation of an AFT lockout by providing an oscillation circuit oscillating an oscillation signal of a carrier frequency of a specific channel of a television receiver and control circuit controlling the input of an oscillation signal outputted from the oscillation circuit inputted to the television receiver. CONSTITUTION:When a channel operation key 6 is operated, a control circuit 13 turns on the oscillating circuit 12 to give an oscillation signal to the television receiver 8 via a mixer 11. While the oscillation signal is given to the television receiver 8, it is controlled that the channel selection of a CATV converter 10 is finished. Since the oscillation signal being a carrier frequency is given via the mixer 11 to the television receiver 8 even when a television conversion output signal generated by the 2nd frequency converter 4 through the channel selection of the CATV converter 10 is fluctuated, succeedingly same frequency signal is given to an AFT circuit of the television receiver 8 to avoid AFT lockout.
