PURPOSE:To accurately control a motor by calculating the phase difference of the output pulse of a pulse encoder by a digital calculation, thereby accurately detecting the phase difference. CONSTITUTION:A differentiator 40 differentiators a command frequency signal RFC from a speed command frequency generator 9a, and pulse signals EP1, EP2 output from a pulse encoder 2a at their rise. Then, an incremental/ decremental counter 60 subtracts the number of pulses corresponding to the signal RFC and the number of pulses corresponding to the signals EP1, EP2. A D/A converter 96 outputs the phase error signal to an analog signal in response to the output of the counter. The adding point 8 adds the phase error signal and a speed error signal, and the addee result is output as a motor control signal to a servo amplifier of next stage. |
