PURPOSE:To organize a miniature circuit and enlarge the variable range of feeding power, by short-circuiting the output side of a DC-AC converting section at the time between the end of the positive or negative rectangular wave of alternate output voltage or current and the beginning of the negative or positive rectangular wave. CONSTITUTION:The respective output terminals of a bridge circuit 103 consisting of transistors are connected to the negative pole terminals on the output side of a thyristor rectifying bridge 111 via transistors Tr5, tr6. AC input voltage is converted to DC voltage by the thyristor rectifying bridge 111, a flat reactor 113, and a DC condenser 112, and is converted to AC at a DC-AC converting section 10A, and is conducted via a step-up transformer 2.
