PURPOSE:To improve the manufacture yield of core block joining operation by fixing a part nearby a magnetic gap formation expected part locally in the core block joining operation. CONSTITUTION:When a core block joined body 20 is formed, core blocks 22 and 23 are grooved firstly and SiO2 33 is sputtered as a gap spacer material only at the magnetic gap formation expected part 40 of the core block 22 to form a thin film to a thousands of A thickness. Then, bar type Ag solder 30 is inserted between soldering material receiver grooves 26 and 28, pressed against a clamping jig (not shown in figure), and heated in a heating furnace. Then, the upper end edge 41 of the core block 22 and the opposite upper edge part 42 of the core block 23 are pressed against each other at the heat fusion temperature of the Ag solder and joined together by hot pressure welding.
