PURPOSE:To hold precisely a gap between a photoreceptor and a developing roll a prescribed value by coupling a photoreceptor shaft with a developing roll shaft while keeping prescribed positional relation by the 1st and 2nd holes of a coupling frame and the 1st and 2nd supporting holes formed on the frame. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and 2nd supporting holes 15, 16 are formed with a gap on the frame 14 constituting a copying machine body, the other end part 5b of the photoreceptor shaft 5 is tightly engaged with the 1st supporting hole 15, the other end part 9b of the developing roll shaft 9 is tightly engaged with the 2nd supporting hole 16, and the distance between the centers of the 1st and 2nd supporting holes 15, 16 is set up to the same value as a distance L2. Thereby, the photoreceptor 1 is coupled with the developing machine 6 while keeping the prescribed positional relation by tightly engaging the 2nd hole 13 of the coupling frame 11 with one end part 5a of the photoreceptor shaft 5, so that the gap t1 between the photoreceptor shaft 5 and the developing roll shaft 9 is set up to a prescribed value, and the shaft 5 is made parallel with the shaft 9. Under said state, the coupling frame 11, one-end parts 5a, 9a of the photoreceptor shaft 5 and the developing shaft 9, a fitting plate 10, and a developing machine housing 7 are fixed on the frame then the photoreceptor 1 and the developing machine 6 are fitted on the frame. |
