PURPOSE:To require no shift register and make a simple system construction having small quantity of a hardware by simultaneously outputting picture data of neighboring lines from plural reading registers. CONSTITUTION:To a reading register 30, picture data for one line is successively transferred in parallel in accordance with a vertical scanning form a transferring registers 26-29. To a reading register 31, picture data slipping by one line from the reading resiger 30 is sequentially transferred in parallel. To a reading register 32, picture data slipping by one line from the reading register 31 is successively transferred in parallel. In this manner, a wire connection is carried out. By this construction, neighboring three line picture signals can be obtained at the same time from the reading registers 30-32. By inputting this output signal in a shift register matrix for 3X3 picture elements composed of one bit shift registers 30-32, local area data can be taken out successively. |
