PURPOSE:To enable a fine quantity of fluid to be easily fed with no generation of a pulsating current, by oppositely arranging a set of elastic materials so as to form a flow path in a predetermined clearance mutually provided between the materials while applying to these elastic materials a vibration generating a progressive wave in one direction of the flow path. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical elastic materials 1, 2 are arranged as a coaxial double cylindrical structure, forming a flow path 3 therebetween in a predetermined clearance. While the elastic material 1, 2 arranges in its both end parts a piezoelectric element 8-11 being a vibrator. The elastic material, if a high frequency current electrifies the element by connecting the piezoelectric element 8, 10 with a driving circuit 21 and the piezoelectric element 9, 11 with a wave receiving side circuit 22 adjusting impedance matching, generates a fixed progressive wave by a vibration of the piezoelectric element from the piezoelectric element in a driving side toward that in a wave receiving side. In this way, fluid is transferred with no pulsation toward a direction of the progressive wave. |
