PURPOSE:The titled device which extracts cops from pins of tray by a specific shovel set at part of a transportation path of a tray loading cops, slides them from the lower side, takes out the cops surely, keeps them at right positions and feeds them to the following device. CONSTITUTION:The shovel 7 which formed the long channel 7d to be introduced into the bottom of cop bobbin of the cop inserting pins 3c of the tray 3 at the central base having wall faces on both sides is set in a cop tray transfer path. When the tray 3 is introduced into the long channel 7d and retained at the bottom side of the end, a cylinder is operated to rotate the shaft 6, the shovel 7 fixed to the shaft is sloped, the cops 4 are extracted from the tray 3, and they are laid on the base 7b side of the shovel 7. The cops 4 are slid by a chute formed by the base 7b and both the side walls 7c, discharged, and successively fed to the other conveyor 12.
