PURPOSE:To eliminate a dispersion of a characteristic caused by a manufacturing tolerance by providing the second column which is rotated eccentrically by using the first column which has provided a junction conductor film in the center, as a shaft, constituting a variable impedance matching circuit in each terminal, and executing a correction. CONSTITUTION:A junction conductor film 2 is formed on the center part of an MIC (microwave IC) circulator substrate 1, input/output terminals 11-13 consisting of a conductor film connected to a conductor film 2 are provided in three directions, a column 4 consisting of a magnet, iron, etc. is provided on the conductor film 2, an eccentric hole 51 for inserting the column 4 is pierced on the cover side of a column 5 consisting of a dielectric material, and the column 4 is fitted into the inserting hole 51 of the column 5 which has stuck a metallic film 54 to the end face of a skirt part 53 of the cover and constituted so that the column 5 can rotate by using the column 4 as a shaft. Also, a magnet 7 is provided on the rear side of the substrate 1. Accordingly, by rotating the column, a variable impedance matching circuit is constituted. |
