PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and manpower while to simplify the structure by fixing the inner ring of oneway clutch to a reciprocal/rotatable shaft while forming the outer ring into a tubular feeding face contactable directly with a board material thereby eliminating a feeding tube. CONSTITUTION:Upon continuous rotation of an input disc 11 in C-direction, an output shaft 16 is reciprocated/rotated through an interlocking bar 13 and a reciprocal bar 30. Since an inner ring 22 of oneway clutch 20 is fixed to the output shaft, only the rotation of the output shaft 16 in A-direction is transmitted to the outer ring 21. In other word, the outer ring 21 will rotate continually in A-direction and since the outercircumferential face of the outer ring 21 is formed into a tubular feeding face contactable directly with a board material S, said material S is fed intermittently. Consequently, independent feeding tube can be eliminated to exhibit the function of feeding tube through the outer ring of one way clutch resulting in reduction of the number of parts and manpower and simplification of structure.
