NEW MATERIAL:A hydrazide derivative shown by the formula I [Ar is thienyl, furyl, pyridyl, 2-methyl-1-propenyl, lower perfluoroalkyl, chloromethyl, or group shown by the formula II; X is S, O, or (CH2)b; a and b are 0 or 1; R<1> is 1-6C alkyl, 2-4C alkenyl, 1-6C alkyl, 2-4C alkenyl, 1-3C chloroalkyl, or phenyl which may contain one or more substituent groups (benzoyl, lower alkyl, F, or phenyl); R<2> is H, or CH3, or R<1>-X and R<2> are bonded to form group shown by the formula (CH2)d; d is 2-5 integer; Het is phthalazinyl or pyridazinyl which may contain one or more substituent groups (halogen, or dimethylamino)]. EXAMPLE:N'-(6-Chloro-3-pyridazinyl)isobutyrohydrazide. USE:An anti-inflammatory drug or an antiallergic. PREPARATION:A compound shown by the formula III is reacted with a com pound shown by the formula IV (X is halogen, or 1-imidazolyl) in an inert solvent to give a compound shown by the formula I.
