PURPOSE:To control the shape of a blade at optimum in response to the flow change of a fluid, prevent peeling, and improve efficiency by forming the blade of an inlet guide section with multiple materials having different thermal expansion factors and providing the temperature control means of the blade. CONSTITUTION:The blade 12 at an inlet guide section is formed by sticking two or more metal 12a1, 12a2 having different thermal expansion factors and is positioned on the side wall 11 forming the inlet guide section with pins 13. The pins 13 penetrate void sections 12b provided on the blade 12, and a gap 10 is provided so that the blade 12 can be slided against the side wall 11. In addition, a heater/cooler 14 and a temperature detector 15 of the blade 12 are buried in the blade 12. Thereby, when the fluid flow is changed, the blade 12 is heated or cooled based on the previously calibrated data to deform the blade into a proper shape. Accordingly, the peeling phenomenon in an impeller is prevented and efficiency can be improved over a wide range of the flow change. |
