<p>PURPOSE:To relax a magnetic flux concentration of a steel sheet next to a joint in a direction of lamination by using at least three kinds of lamination layer units and combining steel sheets in order to shift in turn the joint of each lamination layer unit in a direction of lamination. CONSTITUTION:After a lamination layer unit is composed of a middle foot 1 joined by two steel sheets in a direction of width, outer feet 2 and 3 provided in pairs in an outside of the middle foot 1 and joined by two steel sheets in each direction of width, and yokes 4 and 5 joining both terminals of the middle foot 1 and the outer feet 2 and 3 and joined by two steel sheets in each direction of width, an iron core of core type three-phase three-leg transformer is formed after laminating a plurality of these lamination layer units. The said lamination layer units are at least three kinds of lamination layer units formed through shifting each joint in a state of lamination layer in turn are laminated, the three kinds of lamination layer units are composed of the first lamination layer unit of each steel sheet in which each corner portion is put together, the second lamination layer unit having a cutout in a each corner portion, and the third lamination layer unit which is made of the same steel sheet as the second lamination layer unit and is an opposed type of a different position of the joint in laminating.</p> |
