PURPOSE:Crushed by-product in processing of octopus and cuttlefish is combined with particles or granules of dried animal product and they are dehydrated to dryness under stirring to produce a food material with high storability and improved taste. CONSTITUTION:Skins, livers, shells or the like as by-product in processing raw cuttlefish and octopus are crushed into a slurry and the slurry is combined with dried particles or granules of animal product such as fish flour in an amount of 3-95wt% and dehydrated under stirring to semi-dryness. |
