PURPOSE:To gather everyday information on the street with easy operation by touching a monitor screen to display information of an optical video disc and touching a prescribed video part of displayed information to display details of information. CONSTITUTION:When a desired item is selected from menu of meal, shopping, play, travel, etc. displayed on the screen of a television monitor 3 and the pertinent part on the screen of the television monitor 3 is touched, sectioned information of the prtinent part is displayed by the action of an optical touch sensor 2. For example, if the item of meal is touched in the selecting stage, sectioned information of Japanese-style meal, Western-style meal, Chinese-style meal, etc. is displayed; and when a pertinent part is touched, price ranges are displayed. When a pertinent part of price ranges is touched, concrete restaurant names are displayed, and they are printed out together with a map by a printer 5 as desired or information is spoken from a speaker 6. Thus, various everyday information are gathered in details surely on the street with the easy operation. |
