PURPOSE:In a shaking culture machine provided with plural pairs of culture units, to obtain culture results of experiments with difference only in temperature by one experiment, by setting the culture units at different temperatures. CONSTITUTION:The shaking trestle 3 is set in a constant temperature bath, and the trestle 3 is provided with plural pairs of the culture units 8 consisting of the flask holders 9 and the flask placing parts 6. Each of the culture units 8 is further provided with the heater 7 and the sensor 10, and connected to a temperature control means which can set temperature in each of the culture units 8. A flask having a medium into which microorganisms are inoculated is placed on each of the culture units 8, temperature is set differently in each of the culture units 8, and cultivation is carried out. Consequently, the fittest culture temperature can be found by one culture experiment. |
