<p>PURPOSE:To permit a chassis to travel in the state where the chassis deflection angle is not generated in the direction of contour line and prevent the transverse slip, directing wheels towards mountain side on an inclined ground by constituting the captioned apparatus so that also the rear wheels can be steered as well as front wheels. CONSTITUTION:A spline 16 is formed onto the turning center shaft 15 for a rear wheel 5, and the base edge part 17 of a rear-wheel side knuckle arm 11 interlocked with a front-wheel side knuckle arm through an interlocking rod 12 is fitted into the spline 16. An actuator 18 is installed onto the turning center shaft 15, and one shaft 20 is connected to the knuckle arm 11, and the other shaft 23 is made so as to be fitted into a positioning hole 24 formed onto the frame 22 of a car. When the base edge part 17 of the knuckle arm 11 is fitted into the spline 16 by the actuator 18, a shaft 23 is slipped-off from the positioning hole 24. Therefore, both of the front and rear wheels 2 and 5 can be steered, and transverse slip can be prevented with the front wheels 2 and the rear wheels 4 directed towards a mountain, keeping a chassis 4 in the direction of the contour line.</p> |
