PURPOSE:To perform the remote transfer of information only when necessary by using a radio device and at the same time applying the power supply of a transmitter at the end card side after an inquiry signal is received from an identifier. CONSTITUTION:When a person carrying a card gets close to a ticket gate, an inquiry signal is transmitted from an identifier. This inquiry signal is received by an antenna 14 for card of a person to be identified and given to a receiver 16 via a transmission/reception branching filter 15. The receiver 16 amplifiers the inquiry signal and gives it to a CPU11 after undergoing the wave detection through a wave detector 161. When the CPU11 decides that the contents of the signal received under such conditions are equal to those of an inquiry signal, a switch 19 is applied for a prescribed period of time by the timer function of the CPU11. Meanwhile a proper identification code stored in a memory 12 is read out and transmitted through the antenna 14. This transmitted proper identification information is identified by an identifier. |
