PURPOSE:To improve even conversion efficiency by forming a semitransparent metallic layer having a small work function onto a supporter as a front electrode and shaping an optical absorption organic semiconductor layer, in which an organic pigment brought into non-ohmic-contact with the metallic layer is dispersed into pressure-sensitive adhesives, onto a film. CONSTITUTION:A plastic film supporter 1 consists of a light-transmitting flexible plastic film, and a semitransparent metal 2 as a front electrode is composed of a metal having a small work function and, to be concrete, aluminum, etc. are cited. A material in which an organic pigment is dispersed into a resin bonding agent is used as an organic semiconductor layer 3, but an additive may be added. A phthalocyanine pigment, etc. are quoted as the concrete example of the organic pigment. A metal having a large work function and a conductive oxide are used as a back electrode 4. Gold, etc. are cited as a concrete material, and these substances are attached through evaporation, sputtering, etc. Lead wires connected to external circuits by conductive paste such as silver paste are bonded with wiring terminal sections 5. |
