PURPOSE:To make correct absorptiometry even if a sample contains a scattering body by obtaining a difference between two piezoelectric transducers. CONSTITUTION:An optoacoustic cell 5 is constituted of window glass 1, a sample chamber 2 and the piezoelectric transducers 3, 4 having equal characteristics. The sample 9 which is liquid enters a sample chamber 2 made into a cylindrical shape and the signal generated by irradiation of pulse light 8 is detected by the two transducers 3, 4 having the same characteristics. The detected signals are subjected to signal processing by an amplifier 6 and a subtractor 7. The true optoacoustic signal from which the noise signal by the scattering body is removed is thus obtd. The light 8 is irradiated nearer the one piezoelectric transducer side. |
