PURPOSE:To make it possible to displace containers introduced onto the bottom of a hold to one side of the hold one by one by means of a wire strentched from a winch, by passing the winch through a tower 4 arranged below a top side tank, movably in the lontitudinal direction of inside of the hold and by providing wire guides in shelves. CONSTITUTION:Guides 2 through 27 for guiding a wire 35 from a winch 24 are provided on shelves 6 through 8 in several stages which are mounted at intervals corresponding to the height of each container in a tower 4 arranged in a hold 1a below a top side tank 2 movably in the longitudinal direction of the hold 1a. The container A1 introduced through an hatch opening is displaced to one side (position A2) of inside of the hold 1a by means of the wire 35 and the winch 24. Subsequently, containers B1 through D1 are displaced one by one. Thereby, the container ma be loaded and stored even in a space below the top side tank 2, and further the introducing and delivering operation of containers may be simplified.
