PURPOSE:To change a signal station code without exerting any influence upon a signal station in use nor signal network by equipping each signal station with a double registering means for the signal station code registration table of old signal station codes and new signal station codes, and assigning double signal station codes temporarily when the signal station code of the signal station is changed. CONSTITUTION:A signal station code registration part 16 secures an are for the new and old code registration table 19 in a memory at a request to change a local or remote signal station code, and a signal code SPC before the change and a signal code SPC after the change in the secured new and old code registration table 19. Then, an address in the new and old code registration table 19 is set as entry contents into a signal station code registration table 17 or its station code registration table 18, and a discrimination display part I shows that the new and old SPCs are usable in combination. Then, when the combinational use of the new and old SPCs in a transient state becomes unnecessary, the new SPC is set as a substitute for address information on the signal station code registration table 17 or its station code registration table 18 to the new and old code registration table 19. |
