PURPOSE:To attain recording proposed by an editor precisely by converting a tape signal recorded through a noise reducing circuit into a state kept before passing the signal through the noise reducing circuit and inputting the converted signal to a graphic equalizer at the time of edition of a signal through the graphic equalizer. CONSTITUTION:Since a decode command and a command corresponding to a manual noise reducing switch are applied to the noise reducing circuit 2 at the edition through the graphic equalizer, a decode output is generated from a monitor output. The output is inputted to an input terminal with an optional frequency characteristic through the graphic equalizer externally connected to an output terminal and the input signal and then inputted to the 2nd input of a record input switching circuit 5 through an input volume 8. Then, the input of the circuit 5 is switched and the input signal is allied to a recording equalizer circuit 6. The output of the input volume 8 is also applied to the 2nd input of a meter circuit input switching circuit 9, and then the input of the circuit 9 is switched on the basis of a command outputted from the 3rd output of a control circuit and the signal is inputted to a meter circuit 10.
