PURPOSE:Living scallops are placed in a nonfreezing fluid in a low temperature range, as air is fed into the fluid to enable scallops to be stored at low temperature below 0 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:Living scallops are dipped in a nonfreezing fluid at low temperature of 0--0.1 deg.C, as air is fed to enable the storage of living scallops at low temperature below 0 deg.C.
