PURPOSE:To keep the right angle of the body to be worked, to uniform the quality and to make a routine work by abutting the body to be worked to the straight side face of the base part and the straight side face of the arm part of a square. CONSTITUTION:The frame piece of the body to be worked is abutted to the base part straight side face 10 of the square of the jig for spot welding with a square and simultaneously the right angle of the frame piece is held with abutting other frame piece to the arm part straight side face 11. The spot welding part is then spot-welded by the upper and lower spot electrodes 24, 23. The spot welding part is then spot-welded with fitting to the slit being formed on the substrate 2 after bending the frame piece of the body to be worked. |
