PURPOSE:To make repairs for a reject performable with parts on a kitting pallet, by connecting the kitting pallet fitted with an index pin, to a work pallet at a time when suchlike appears. CONSTITUTION:Using a kitting pallet 5 being connectable to a work pallet 2, when a reject is found out, this kitting pallet 5 is connected to the work pallet 2 on which the reject exists. At this time, an index pin attached to the kitting pallet 5 is detected whereby at stations S1-Sn+1 afterward, no assemblage of parts is performed and the parts are mounted on the kitting pallet 5. Therefore, after repairing the reject at the terminal of an assembling line, these parts on the kitting pallet 5 can be assembled to the work pallet 2. On the other hand, a concave part 6, where a stopper 3 is inset, is formed in the front side of the kitting pallet 5, while a connecting part 7 consisting of a convex piece is formed in the rear side.
