PURPOSE:To make the time of micro-steps same even when data processing is performed in accordance with the output of an arithmetic unit, by giving the same microinstruction to the arithmetic unit by repeating the instruction by a necessary micro-step number. CONSTITUTION:Microinstructions stored in a microprogram memory 1 are read out in accordance with the address given by an address sequencer 3 which is driven on the basis of the output of a mapping array 8 or buffer 7 and given to an arithmetic unit 6 through a pipeline register 2. The microinstructions are executed by the arithmetic unit 6. When results of calculation executed by the arithmetic unit 6 in accordance with a microinstruction I(A) read out from an address A are given to the mapping array 8 through an internal bus and the next microaddress is implemented, the same microinstruction is put in the next address (A+1) so that the arithmetic unit 6 can maintain the same output over plural micro-steps. |
