发明名称 METHOD OF MOLDING CRYSTALLINE THERMOPLASTIC RESIN
摘要 PURPOSE:To favorably and economically mold stretched sheets of a crystalline thermoplastic resin, by pressing resin material layers that are not joined at the glass transition temperature or higher thereby causing the plug-flown and the orientation. CONSTITUTION:After a lubricant is applied to the inner surfaces 6 of compression dies 5, each non-adhesive film 8 is placed on each interface and the top and bottom surface of four crystalline thermoplastic resin material layers 7 and they are placed in the compression dies (2-1). After the material layers 7 are heated to or over the glass transition temperature where they reach a viscosity where orientation occurs, the material layers 7 are compressed thereby causing the plug-flown and molding four biaxially orientated sheets 9 (2-2), and they are kept pressed at a temperature suitable for the crystallization, and then are removed from the compression dies 5 (2-3). Then the biaxially orientated sheets are removed from and the non-adhesive films are peeled off from the biaxially orientated sheets to give the thin biaxially orientated sheets 10 (2-4).
