PURPOSE:To prevent a complication in a processing by disposing a logic reversing means in a scanning reading circuit and having a logical uniformity in an output signal from a scanning reading circuit even in a case of an object to be scanned having a non-uniform corresponding of a mechanical or electrical binary condition to an operation or non-operation being treated. CONSTITUTION:A scanning line information A0-Am are expanded to 1/n in a scanning line expanding and driving section 2, and enter to a scanning matrix section 1. A scanning result obtained by driving the matrix section 1 is converted to a logical in a signal converting section 4, and thereafter passes logic reversing circuits 70-7n and a reading output section 5 and is outputted as scanning reading information S0-Sn. To a line (k) of the matrix section 1 mechanical contacts P0-Pn are connected through diodes respectively. The contact P1 is opened during an operation and the contacts P0, P2-Pn are closed during the operation. Accordingly, when the contact P1 is closed and the contacts P0, P2-Pn are opened, if the scanning line (k) is driven, an output of the converting section 4 inputting to a circuit 71 becomes a logic '1' and all remaining output inputted to a logic reversing circuit become a logic '0'. |
