PURPOSE:To enable shorten measuring time and accurate measurement for an unskilled operator, by allowing a table fixed available for measurement of a specimen to slide on a substrate, and measuring dimensions of each member by a plurality of measuring instruments set in the specified position. CONSTITUTION:A required number of digital dial quages is prepared for each measuring point and installed on the specified position an a bed 1 and a table bearing a turbine blade 24 is made to travel. Thus, measuring time and labor savings are realized by continuous measurements of all the measuring points. And, by measuring a model which has measure absolute values of dimensions of the specified positions, the reference value is determined and simplification of operation is accomplished by judgement of correctness by transferring to a personal computer a relative error between said reference value and the measured value of the blade 24 and further, high-accuracy measurement can be performed without requiring high standard of skill. |
