PURPOSE:The titled composition, obtained by incorporating a composition consisting of an aromatic polycarbonate resin and polytetramethylene terephthalate with a butyl grafted polyethylene and a specific acrylic ester copolymer, and having improved impact resistance particularly at low temperatures. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin composition obtained by incorporating (A) 100pts.wt. composition consisting of (i) 15-70wt% aromatic polycarbonate resin and (ii) 30-85wt% mixture of 50-100wt% polytetramethylene terephthalate with 0-50wt% polyethylene terephthalate with (B) 1-25pts.wt. grafted polyethylene prepared by grafting butyl groups onto backbone chain of high density (low density) polyethylene by radiation, etc. and (C) 1-25pts.wt. copolymer of (preferably 50-85wt%) acrylic ester having a 1-5C (un)saturated straight chain or branched chain aliphatic hydrocarbon group and a methacrylic ester having a 1-5C (un)saturated straight chain or branched chain aliphatic hydrocarbon group.
