PURPOSE:To continuously dig a deep trench, by a method wherein a screw auger attached to a vehicle is rotated and lower down to a given depth, and the vehicle is horizontally moved as the auger is rotated in a vertical state. CONSTITUTION:A screw auger 10 mounted to a vehicle 1 is rotated, and through expansion of a hydraulic cylinder 8, the auger 10 is gradually brought to a vertical state from a horizontal state. When the auger 10 is forced into a vertical state, through driving of a sprocket 4, the vehicle 1 is moved forward. In which case, the auger 10 excavates a ground to damp earth to a ground surface, and in this case, an auger supporting frame 9 is actuated as a guide through which excavated earth is discharged to a ground surface. This enables a deep trench to be dug continuously and efficiently. |
