PURPOSE:To obtain a high quality regenerative image without requiring a large capacity memory by corresponding yellow, Magenta and cyanogen to every close packed lattice which can obtain a specific screen angle and to every close packed lattice of threshold array. CONSTITUTION:After setting an original on a scanner 1 and entering a start instruction from a keyboard, line reading starts by a CCD. When a line synchronizing signal comes in from a CPU and a timing control device TC generates a scanner reading clock SCL1, the CCD divides every picture element of the original image into yellow (Y), Magenta (M) and cyanogen (C) components, and reads their concentration by photoelectric conversion. The CCD performs color half tone image processing by using the close packed lattice which can obtained approximately fifteen degrees of the screen angle and the one which can obtain approximately seventy five degrees of the screen angle. Since it is preferable that the number of tones of each color will be equal as possible in the color half tone image processing, the four designing units are made uniform into one combined unit, performed the threshold array. |
