PURPOSE:To simply match the optimum current flowing timing by positioning a rotor magnet and a detecting magnet by utilizing the attracting force of the magnet. CONSTITUTION:A magnet rotor shaft 1 is rotatably supported by bearings 5, 6, and a magnet rotor 7 is secured. A winding 10 is wound on a core 9 in a housing 1 to form a stator, and a 2-pole 4-phase motor body is composed of it and the rotor 7. Position detecting Hall elements 11 are disposed by displacing rho/2 on the periphery of the rotor 7, has a speed detector 18 of a detecting magnet 12 and a magnetic sensor 14. In this case, an inner screw 1a is formed longitudinally on the shaft 1, and the magnet 12 is clamped with a clamping screw 15 through a boss 12B. The clamping is performed after positioning the current flowing timing so that the irregular rotation becomes optimum. Thus, the screw 15 remains rotatably without complete engagement at clamping time, is positioned by attracting of an electromagnet, and clamped. |
