PURPOSE:To enable to largely curtail an attaching process of a sealing stopper, by providing a cutting blade and a cutting trash reservoir. CONSTITUTION:A sealing stopper 3 having a hole 5 at the center part for containing powder, the drill type cutting blade 9 at the lower part and the cone type cutting trash reservoir 10 below of the cutting blade 9, is inserted to a rotary shaft 11 of a rotation device such as an electric drill. At first, the sealing stopper is inserted while rotating to a heat transfer pipe 2 which seals the lower end of the cutting trash reservoir 10. When inserting operation is further continued, the cutting blade 9 goes down cutting inner surface of the heat transfer pipe 2. Cutting trashes which are cut by the cutting blade 9 enter in the cutting trash reservoir 10 provided below of the cutting blade 9. The cutting operation is stopped when the sealing stopper 3 is situated at the prescribed position in the heat transfer pipe 2, and only the rotary shaft 11 is extracted. According to this procedure, cutting of the inside surface of the heat transfer pipe 2 and the inserting of the sealing stopper 3 can be performed in one process. |
