PURPOSE:To process efficiently a money order remittance by executing a money received processing, when a registered full name of an account owner is contained in a form of continuous characters or dispersed characters in money order remittance information. CONSTITUTION:Money order information D which has been entered in a money order form 1 is received by a receiving part 4 of a bank B through a circuit 3 from a transmitting part 2 of a bank A. A processing part 6 of the bank B fetches registered full name information F of a file 5, eliminates a voiced sound symbol and a space in said information, and stores this full name information (f) in a register 7. Also, the processing part 6 fetches full name information E of a remittee, eliminates a parenthesis, a space, a voiced sound symbol, etc. in this information, and stores this remittee full nave information (e) in a register 8. a comparison processing part 9 compares and collates the contents of the register 7 and 8, and starts a a money received processing part 10, if they coincide with each other. The comparison and collation are executed so that the registered full name information in the register 7 is looked up from in the remittee full name information (e) in the register, and can be checked. |
