PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a food into the shape of hand-rolled SUSHI, etc., in a food forming part thereof, by rotating a pair of rotors by a hand-operated mechanism to oppose mutually the pair of rotors and form recessed parts for forming the food on the respective outer peripheral surfaces thereof. CONSTITUTION:A food forming machine equipped with rolls 14 and 15, having many protrusions 18 with the separated and opposite outer peripheries thereof, and provided side by side, recessed parts 25 and 27 for forming a food on the outer peripheral surfaces of rotors 19 and 20 having the separated and opposite outer peripheral surfaces to oppose mutually when the above-mentioned rotors 19 and 20 rotate and manual driving mechanisms 41-43, 32, 33, 36 and 37, connected to the paired rotors 19 and 20 for keeping the respective shafts 21 and 22 of the rotors 19 and 20 parallel, rotating the rotors 19 and 20 and approaching and separating mutually the rotors 19 and 20, a turntable 52, connected to the manual driving mechanisms, and rotating in the horizontal direction and a guide body 11, having a pair of guide members 12 for guiding the food before forming to a gap between the rolls 14 and 15, and guiding the food to a gap between the recessed parts 25 and 27 of the rotors 19 and 20. |
