PURPOSE:To improve the engine efficiency by providing a path communicating through enclosed space sections around the output shaft of multi-cylinder internal-combustion engine thereby reducing the resistance due to the gas in the enclosed space section. CONSTITUTION:The crank chamber 14 of respective cylinder of multi-cylinder internal-combustion engine 2 is communicated through a path 22. Consequently, the gas resistance due to the rotary motion of connecting rod 18 or crank shaft 16 in crank chamber can be reduced. |
