PURPOSE:To adhere printed image-receiving sheets to a sheet to be adhered, without generating misregistration of colors, by a method wherein desired adhering is conducted by using a hot-melt type adhesive simultaneously with printing by utilizing the heat generated in printing. CONSTITUTION:An ink layer 2 comprising a sublimable dye and a protective layer 3 are provided on the face side of a transparent base sheet 1 capable of being dyed with the sublimable dye, and a heat-sealing adhesive layer 4 is provided on the back side of the sheet 1 to obtain a recording material. The recording material is laminated on a base paper 5, and the laminate is fed between a thermal head 6 and a platen roll 7. After printing, the ink layer 2 and the protective layer 3 are released by an adhesive tape, forming a monochrome image on the base sheet 1. Image recording is similarly conducted on the adhered body of the base sheet 1Y printed with yellow images and the base paper 5, and the base sheets 1M, 1C are adhered by an adhesive layer 4 respectively, to reproduce a full-color hard copy. |
