PURPOSE:To prevent the immersion of water and dirt into an air chamber by providing a cap that applies to a cover member in which a control spring is accommodated and that forms a bent path connected to the air chamber between this cover member and the cap and also providing an opening that opens the above-mentioned path in the air in the cap. CONSTITUTION:A cap 86 is fir to the upper end of a casing 7 so that the cap can be covered with a cover member 14. A bent path 92 is formed between this cap 86 and the cover member 14 and the path 92 is connected to an air chamber 24 through the hole 27 of the cover member 14. Besides, a protruded section 90 that makes contact with the outside surface of the casing 7 is formed on the open end inner surface of the engagement cylindrical section 89 of the cap 86 and an air opening port 91 that opens the above-mentined path 92 in the air is formed at the protruded section 90. As a result, only by fitting the cap 86 to the casing, the path 92 that opens the air chamber 24 in the air is formed. Besides, since this path 92 is bent and formed, water and dirt can prevent water and dirt from being immersed into the air chamber 24. |
